Woven hose liners are flat fiber reinforced polyethylene hoses 150 to 500 mm in diameter used in pressure applications. The hose is pulled into the host pipe from a drum. Special end fittings secure the liner to the host pipe. Once inserted, the woven hose liner is inflated to the service pressure expanding the liner until it contacts the wall of the host pipe. Woven hose liners are fully structural up to 40 bars.
