Message from the IATT Chairman:
On behalf of the Italian Association for Trenchless Technology (IATT) and the International Society for Trenchless Technology (ISTT) it is my pleasure to invite you to the MEDITERRANEAN NO DIG "for a sustainable world", XXV^th International Conference and Exhibition to be held in Rome, Italy, in September 2007.
International NO DIG events arranged jointly by ISTT and affiliated societies, have been held in various countries with great success since 1985, and NO DIG '07 in Rome will be the 25th in the series and it is the first dedicated to the Mediterranean markets. For the second time this important event will be held in Italy and it is with great pride and anticipation that the IATT welcomes you.

The themes of the event will be:

• Current and future technologies
• New markets for trenchless technology
• Trenchless technologies and sustainable development of the large cities
• Trenchless technologies industry meet public administrations
• Rehabilitation of underground utility pipelines.

The conference will be based on scientific sessions with the presentation and discussion of papers by renowned experts on the installation, replacement and renovation of underground services by NO DIG methods. The adjacent Exhibition will include displays of all the very latest equipment and visits to working sites will enable delegates to see it in operation.

The Exhibition and Conference will be held in the ERGIFE Hotel in Rome, equipped to host major international meeting and I have no doubt that is event will be important for the developments of business and for the use of modern, cost effective systems in work on the infrastructure. The central geographical position of Rome in Italy, city famous in the world, is an added attraction.
